Scott Lunsford - Co-Founder - Chief Executive Office
Scott is a construction executive, inventor, and visionary who devises, designs, and implements innovative green sustainable building practices. He is currently designing and building advanced green Net-Zero luxury homes that utilize multiple layers of efficiency. Earth tubes, solar heat, and energy generation, double wall construction with circulating wall and attic air flows, are just a few of the processes he harnesses and harmonizes to create luxury sustainable large footprint Net-Zero housing. He has traveled the world and sought to develop real estate in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa while also learning alternative building practices. He is well experienced with design software such as Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3d, SketchBook, and SketchUp that he uses to bring his inventions and building designs to life. Beyond that, he is a field surveyor, experienced in operating equipment such as Topcon GPS, Topcon Robotic total station, Faro 3d scanner. He also has designed and installed more linear feet of earth tube projects in the US than anyone.
Elizabeth Howe - Chief Operating Office
Since graduating from Kansas State University with her Bachelor's in Park Resource Management and Secondary in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences in 2001. Elizabeth has handled, written, and managed numerous grant allocations. She has worked with a number of start-up projects helping to obtain seed capital, as well as fully developed operations that were in need of additional funding or re-organization for sustainability. Elizabeth has been involved with many agencies over the course of her career, i.e. federal, state, local, and private. Elizabeth has also worked with Tribal Governments as a consultant, providing grant writing, grant management, and economic development. Liz is our center and, as such, keeps Sourcetainable from spinning off the tracks while also bringing a holistic point of view to the enterprise expertise table.
Clem Soga - Chief Business Development Office
As founder and principle at Soga + Associates Architects, Clem has developed a wide range of projects including, homes, casinos, restaurants, sports complexes, airports, religious facilities, as well as college campus development and sustainable community development. Signature projects have included interior space design and documentation for PacBell Park - Home of the San Francisco Giants, administrative facilities and premium spaces for 21 major airlines at San Francisco International Airport, to list but two of many marquee projects. He is licensed to practice architecture in numerous states, including, California, New York, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Hawaii, Iowa, and Virginia. He has also worked on projects in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Clem is currently the Architectural Collaborator with Sustainable Living Environment Projects with the Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield , Iowa and the Kohala Institute in Kapaau, Hawaii. As a key member of our enterprise expertise group, he brings a wealth of strategy and logistics experience to the table.
Steve Totman - Co-Founder - Chairman - Chief Marketing Office
Steve is a storyteller, a narrative creator, the shaman at the campfire spinning our modern day collective mythologies. Steve spent a good deal of his professional life in the trenches of Hollywood working at a major motion picture studio alongside some of the biggest names in the industry before changing careers and moving into the field of advertising and marketing where he has worked with numerous established and startup enterprises. Along the way, Steve has also owned and operated his own companies in the entertainment field. As a published author, master filmmaker, and graphic/fine artist, along with some musical chops as well, he has the skillsets that, when coupled to an extraordinary creative imagination, make for captivating content and uniquely engaging marketing campaigns. Steve is all about developing the Sourcetainable Brand and Philosophy and exporting them around the planet. His goal is to build the Sourcetainable Brand through very organic processes while creating conversations that grow engagement and lead to involvement in developing global sources for sustainable solutions to world problems.
